Who Is Candice Gilliam

Candice Gilliam, the President of The Candi Care Foundation, is a seasoned Direct Support Professional (DSP), where she brings over a decade of experience in the human service field, having served as a program director and residential coordinator. Specializing in coordinating the development and timely submission of individualized service plans and essential program documentation, Candice oversees daily activities on a monthly basis. She is a formidable presence in the Human Service Field, leveraging her positive attitude and boundless energy to motivate others towards hard work and success.

Candice draws daily inspiration from her family and friends, particularly her cousin Sean G, who has been diagnosed with an intellectual disability. Growing up, Candice and Sean G shared a remarkable bond, enabling Sean to partake in life's experiences, such as vacationing on a cruise ship, attending live football games, and flying on airplanes, all under the guidance and companionship of his cousin.

During her leisure time, Candice enjoys engaging in game nights with family and friends, hosting karaoke sessions, and contemplating ways to enhance the well-being of our special needs community.
